To arrange and collect personal data and details regarding Highly Qualified Pakistanis (Inland and Abroad).
To reduce the impact of brain drain through short to long term visits of Expatriate Nationals to Pakistan.
To identify the deficient areas/sectoral needs of different organizations / institutions of the country.
